Dit kleine zinnetje is zo vaak tegen mij gezegd op momenten waarop &#8216;de dingen&#8217; zich nog niet eens in dezelfde wijk als &#8216;goed&#8217; of &#8216;ok\u00e9&#8217; bevonden, maar door de jaren heen heb ik ontdekt hoe juist deze woorden kunnen leiden naar een levenshouding die veel meer rust brengt, en soms zelfs regenbogen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wat betekent \u2018het komt goed\u2019 nou echt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het komt goed. Denk eens aan de letterlijke betekenis van deze woorden. Ooit, op een dag, op een manier, komt het goed. Weet je wat dat ook betekent? Dat het nu dus niet goed hoeft te zijn. Dat je er nu op dit moment niet alles aan hoeft te doen om het beter te maken dan het werkelijk is. <strong>Als het namelijk sowieso wel een keer goed komt, mag het nu dus ook even keihard niet-goed zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-laa1evm6-36450783eda02d320fa33c79974fd232\">\n\n@media only screen and (min-width: 990px){ \n#top .av_textblock_section.av-laa1evm6-36450783eda02d320fa33c79974fd232 .avia_textblock{\nfont-size:16px;\n}\n}\n<\/style>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-laa1evm6-36450783eda02d320fa33c79974fd232'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>We hebben allemaal de neiging om onze minder fijne momenten te zien en benaderen alsof het onze vijanden zijn, als iets waar we ons schrap voor moeten zetten. Maar het is nou juist dat schrap zetten dat de meeste schade aanricht.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Dit is hoe Glennon Doyle dit <em>schrap zetten<\/em> beschrijft in haar boek &#8216;Untamed&#8217;:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;From the outside I imagine it looks like a straightening, a stiffening. From the inside it feels like turning my liquid self to a solid. Water to ice. <em>Glennon has left the building<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Je authentieke zelf en het hier-en-nu zijn onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden &#8211; je kan alleen met jezelf verbinden als je volledig aanwezig bent, als je werkelijk in het moment leeft.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffb Wat als je elk moment, prettig of niet, zou proberen te zien en benaderen als een vriend(in)?<\/p>\n<p>Onthoud: <em>verandering is de enige constante<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Een ding weet je zeker en dat is dat alles altijd verandert; elk moment en elk gevoel gaat weer voorbij.<\/strong> Als je hier even bewust bij stilstaat, wat denk je dan dat voor meer innerlijke rust zorgt? Wanneer je simpelweg besluit dat dit moment niet optimaal gaat worden, hoeft het ook niet meer en kan je hart ontspannen. En d\u00e1t zijn de momenten dat je volledig aanwezig kunt zijn, en soms zelfs een regenboog ontdekt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Regen aanvaarden om de regenbogen te kunnen zien<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Als het regent, beschermen we onszelf met paraplu\u2019s en regenkleding; we blijven zoveel mogelijk binnen en als we buiten zijn, haasten we ons en kijken we steevast omlaag. Alles om maar zo min mogelijk druppels te vangen. Het lijkt alsof we denken de regen echt te slim af te kunnen zijn met al die beschermende lagen en extra haast, maar waar we vooral voor wegrennen is hoe het nu is, de realiteit van het moment.<\/p>\n<p>Er is natuurlijk lang niet altijd als het regent een regenboog te zien. En dat is ook niet waar het hier om gaat. Het punt is vooral dat je <strong>veel meer kunt ontspannen en aanwezig kunt zijn in het moment als je niet tussen de regendruppels door probeert te schieten, maar ze gewoon voelt en aanvaard. <\/strong>Kijk omhoog (of in elk geval niet naar beneden) en nodig de regen uit op je gezicht.<\/p>\n<p>Wie weet vind je per ongeluk nog wel een zonnetje in het moment, binnenin jezelf, en brengt die jou bij de regenboog die altijd in je leeft. \ud83e\udd70<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Overgave is de sleutel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Deze overgave is de sleutel die jou toegang geeft tot de ware kleuren van jouw authentieke zelf. Je hoeft er niet naar te zoeken. <strong>Het komt naar je toe als jij het leven neemt zoals het komt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
