hebt meegemaakt, het blijft intens, want het voelt elke keer opnieuw alsof je weer helemaal terug bij af bent. In deze blogpost vind je de 3 meest voorkomende oorzaken voor het terugvallen in oude patronen en zul je zien dat het alles behalve slecht nieuws is.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>De terugval zorgt voor een diepere integratie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Welk pad je momenteel ook aan het bewandelen bent in jouw ontwikkeling, het is een leerproces. En bij leren hoort vallen en opstaan. Ja, dat is superclich\u00e9, maar toch belangrijk om nog eens te benadrukken. <strong>Je leert namelijk niks van het per ongeluk goed doen, je leert van fouten maken en daardoor nieuwe oplossingen vinden.<\/strong> Het terugvallen in oude patronen geeft je eigenlijk de gelegenheid om datgene waar je mee aan het oefenen bent op een nieuw gebied of niveau te integreren. Je verankert het dieper in jezelf, doordat je dit nieuwe pad ook in een andere, meer uitdagende context leert bewandelen. Daar kun je niks aan doen, daar ben je mens voor. <strong>Wanneer het te moeilijk wordt, is veiligheid het enige wat nog telt, en veiligheid vind je door terug te gaan naar het oude en bekende.<\/strong> Je hebt niet genoeg ruimte of energie om er de hele tijd bewust voor te kiezen om de nieuwe weg in te slaan. En dat is ok\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Wat je al geleerd hebt, raak je nooit meer kwijt \u2013 ook al voelt dat soms wel zo. Zodra je weer wat meer ruimte hebt, kun je gewoon lekker verder gaan met de mooie stappen die je al gezet hebt.<\/p>\n<h3>Reden 2: je eigenwaarde is nog niet (helemaal) meegegroeid<\/h3>\n<p>Wanneer je supergoed bezig bent, maar wel de hele tijd dingen aan het doen bent waarvan je misschien diep vanbinnen nog niet zo zeker weet of je dat wel waard bent, gaat het ergens een keer mis. <strong>Je eigenwaarde gaat je tegenhouden, omdat je onbewust op zoek bent naar een bevestiging ervan.<\/strong> En dus ga je jezelf (onbewust) saboteren, door bijvoorbeeld gezellig die oude patronen uit de kast te halen, zodat je wereld weer overeenkomt met je eigenwaarde. Herinner jezelf er zo vaak mogelijk aan dat wat je doet volledig losstaat van wie je bent &#8211; of je nou keihard groeit of keihard faalt, je bent en blijft even waardevol.<\/p>\n<h3>Reden 3: de expansie is (te) groot<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Soms is de expansie<\/strong>, het resultaat van je ontwikkeling, de ruimte die je er voor jezelf mee vrijmaakt, <strong>zo groot, dat je hoofd <\/strong><strong>in paniek raakt en je daarom komt afremmen m.b.v. oude patronen<\/strong>. Het is een heel handig trucje van je bovenkamer om je te laten denken dat je iets niet goed doet, terwijl je eigenlijk zo veel goed doet, dat je brein zich juist daardoor onveilig begint te voelen (want: verandering, nieuw, onbekend, eng!). Maar het feit dat een terugval een waardig onderdeel is van het pad, maakt deze ervaring natuurlijk nog niet beter of makkelijker. Wat ook precies de reden voor je terugval was, het effect is altijd hetzelfde: je zenuwstelsel raakt van slag. <strong>De beste manier waarop je nu dus jezelf kunt ondersteunen, is door je zenuwstelsel te helpen kalmeren.<\/strong> De innerlijke veiligheid die je daarmee ontwikkelt, zorgt er namelijk voor dat je kunt verzachten en dat geeft je weer toegang tot jouw innerlijke wijsheid
