Pak er een drankje bij. Proost. Je bent heerlijk bezig. Dat is het goede nieuws.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Het slechte nieuws is dat de meeste tips die je tegen zult komen, helaas niet heel veel hout snijden. Help jezelf verzachten door de overtuiging beter te begrijpen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Elk deel van jou heeft je lief op zijn eigen manier; ook het deel dat deze belemmerende overtuiging voor waarheid aanneemt. Dit deel van jou heeft een zeer beperkte toolbox en gebruikt daardoor zo\u2019n paardenmiddel om je te \u2018helpen\u2019, maar in de kern probeert het (jijzelf!) je &#8216;pijn&#8217; te besparen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vraag jezelf dus eens af wat deze overtuiging jou op dit moment nog brengt.<\/strong> Hoe zou het je (wellicht via een omweg) voor een bepaalde pijn kunnen proberen te behoeden? Welke goede bedoeling (ongeacht de uiting en uitwerking ervan) zou hier achter kunnen zitten? Elke overtuiging levert je wel iets op. En dat is niet erg, dat is logisch. Misschien heb je (onbewust) nog behoefte aan dat wat het je brengt &#8211; ook al zou je daar nooit bewust voor kiezen. Misschien bevredigt het een oude behoefte of verbindt het een oude wond en was eigenlijk alleen deze erkenning nog nodig om jezelf ervan te bevrijden.<\/p>\n<p>Wat de waarom ook precies is, het is waardevol om er voor jezelf achter te komen op welke manier deze overtuiging jou nu nog \u2018veilig\u2019 houdt &#8211; hoe beperkend en oncomfortabel het ook voelt. Verminder de invloed van de overtuiging door hem te aanvaarden<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Misschien is je overgeven aan hoe het nu is wel het enige wat je echt kunt doen. En dat hoeft niet iets passiefs te zijn. Het is een keuze die je telkens opnieuw blijft maken om je neer te leggen bij hoe het nu is. Om te <strong>stoppen met ertegen te vechten<\/strong>. De overtuiging is er. Hij is op dit moment, en vermoedelijk al een hele tijd, onderdeel van jou. Vraag jezelf eens af: <strong>wat kan ik m\u00e9t deze overtuiging allemaal nog w\u00e9l?<\/strong> Je bent nu waarschijnlijk gefocust op alle manieren waarop hij je belemmert het leven te hebben dat je zo graag wilt \u2013 logisch \u2013 maar hoe zou een gelukkig leven of succesvolle carri\u00e8re of liefdevolle relatie m\u00e9t deze overtuiging eruit kunnen zien? Ondersteun jezelf door je focus te verleggen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Je bent niet verplicht om te leven en handelen naar deze overtuiging, ook al draag je hem met je mee.<\/strong> Je bent je er bewust van, dus kun je er ook voor kiezen om iets anders te doen. Laat jezelf (en het universum) zien dat je bereid bent om eerst je gedrag te veranderen, om je al meer en meer te gedragen alsof je deze overtuiging niet gelooft, en erop te vertrouwen dat het gevoel waar je naar verlangt dan ook vanzelf naar je toe komt.<\/p>\n<p>Ondertussen helpt het wellicht om jezelf eraan te herinneren dat net zoals er allerlei verschillende seizoenen en weersomstandigheden tegelijkertijd op deze ene planeet aanwezig zijn, ook alles tegelijk in jou kan bestaan. <strong>Tegenstrijdig lijkende overtuigingen, gedachten of gevoelens hoeven elkaar helemaal niet uit te sluiten.<\/strong> Probeer dus ruimte te houden voor andere overtuigingen die beter passen bij jou en bij het leven dat je graag wilt, zodat je je daar ook mee kunt gaan verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>En dan, na al het onderzoeken, aanvaarden en ondersteunen, kan dit nog een fijne manier zijn om beetje bij beetje van deze oude overtuiging vandaan te bewegen: heel bewust naar je toekomstige zelf, de persoon die je zo graag wilt zijn (en dus stiekem diep vanbinnen al bent) toe bewegen. Hoe doe je dat?
