Why self-compassion?
- With practicing self-compassion you focus on all of the things you CAN control in the here and now.
- Welcoming your experiences without judgement creates a deeper connection with yourself, your life and everyone around you.
- This makes room for a more joyful, easeful and authentic life in which you know who you are AND are able to always find your way back to yourself.
Everything I do and create is rooted in self-compassion as a practice, with a focus on all of the things you CAN control in the here and now.

No matter if you’re struggling with overthinking, self-criticism, the 3 p’s (pleasing, perfecting & proving), boundary setting or a lack of self-trust, the practice of self-compassion can help. That’s why I create online toolkits stacked with easy & empowering exercises, practical visualizations, and other fluff-free guidance to help you cultivate self-compassion and, with that, create a life that feels lighter, brighter and a hell of a lot more true to you.

Here's what I know about you.
- You often find yourself daydreaming about all the things you would be doing if you were just a little more confident, a little less stuck in your head, and a shit ton less hard on yourself.
- You’ve tried following the advice of ALLLL the gurus, but it never seems to work for you. It might inspire you, and it might work for a little while, but it always leaves you screaming on the inside: BUT HOW!?
- You started this journey into self-discovery & self-transformation because you wanted to feel more powerful and at peace in your daily life. But you keep hitting roadblocks.
- And you feel that if only you had the tools to find your way back to yourself and the present moment anytime you need to, you could ACTUALLY start to feel calm, confident & connected, and you'd know how to keep it that way.
That’s where I come in.
I’d love to help you get there.

Letting go of limiting beliefs - 3 things that actually work
Letting go of limiting beliefs, or ''reversing'' them, seems like THE solution, but it's not. These 3 things actually work.

Feeling bad without knowing why? Do this.
Feeling bad without knowing why is your brain's biggest nightmare. This is why & what you can do to support yourself right now.

Why falling back into old patterns is actually a good thing
Falling back into old patterns is inevitable on the personal development path. These are the 3 common causes AND why it's anything but bad news.
Hi, it's me, Shirley!
A few years ago I decided to stop making my life any harder than it already was. And since then my life has been perfect.
Okay, that's a lie.
But thanks to my self-compassion practice I do get closer every day.
Nope, that’s not true either.
I DO know myself better than ever before (don’t we all?), I know what does and doesn’t work for me (most of the time) and I definitely know how to find my way back to my favorite self after I've taken a (usually involuntary) break from her. And this is what has made my life so much more easeful & joyful.
You want this too. And that’s why you’re here. Welcome!
